This Southern Specialty Trailer is a 16’ x 8’ Restroom Trailer with 2- Full Sized 30” Entrance Doors, Folding Steps and Hand Rails.

The Woman’s side of the Restroom Trailer Includes 2 Dometic Toilets and 1 Sink Vanity. The Men’s side of the Restroom Trailer includes 1 Dometic Toilet, 1 Urinal, and 1 Sink Vanity.

The Room Stalls Include Partitions and 4” Interior FRP walls and Commercial Flooring. A Rooftop Dometic Air Conditioner with 15,000 BTU provides a cool interior.

Lighting is LED Interior and Exterior, and As With All Southern Specialty Trailers, it Meets all NEC Electrical Standards. The Mechanical Room Contains a 300 Gallon Waste Tank, 165 Gallon Fresh Water Tank, and Tankless Hot Water Heater. The Mechanical Room Entry Door is on the Street Side.
